If you are working in the kitchen, relaxing in the livingroom or having coffee on the lani, you will have direct unobstructed views of Venetian Bay in Naples Florida.

Our 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo is a first floor unit. The unit is bright and airy. The color schemes of yellows, soft greens and beiges provide a relaxing atmosphere.

Spanish floor tiles are throughout the main living spaces and 2nd bedroom. The 2nd bathroom has a free standing shower and the Master on suit has a bathtub/shower.
The Master is the only room that is carpeted.

The unit has central air and heat. There is a stackable washer/dryer in the unit. The kitchen is equiped with a dishwasher. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots/pans/utensils you would need, if you like to cook,as we do.

**** We just purchased this property, so all the furnishings, mattresses will be all new. It will be painted with the color schemes mentioned above. The unit will be ready by the end of October.

Any current pictures will reflect the previous owners decor.

MINIMUM RENTAL TIME IS 90 DAYS PER ASSOCIATION RULES.

Park Shore Drive is just off Gulf Shore Blvd. It is one of the prime locations in Naples.

The unit is located in the Park Shore Association, of which we are members.

Renters of the unit will enjoy the benefits of this membership and have access to the association's private beach on the Gulf of Mexico.

The unit is only a very short walk,bike ride over the bridge. It's a straight shot. You can take your car and park, if that is what you prefer. There are bathrooms for use by the members.

Also, just over the bridge, are the Shops at Venetian Bay. With beautiful Italianate Villa styling as the backdrop, you can shop and eat in one of the many restaurants there and it is only a stones throw away.

Park Shore Drive also is conviently located so getting to Rt. 41 is easy. Grocery shopping, malls are all minutes away.
