Description of the Naples vacation condo rental
Tastefully furnished and decorated, this sun-filled, south-facing 2nd floor corner unit (1,835 sf) offers great views of the lake from the Lanai, LR and Master BR. Recently painted both inside and out, our condo sits on a quiet lane removed from traffic noise. The LR/Fam.Rm is spacious and comfortable with a new 46" LCD TV equipped with HiDef and a new Bose Audio/DVD surround sound system for great movie watching. The huge Kitchen features Corian counter tops, brand new GE Appliances (May,2011) with a Center Island and seating. It is fully equipped with everything you would need down to a wine opener. The Dining Room is a separate room from the kitchen and seats six comfortably. The Master Bedroom suite features a King size bed, additional seating, and a flat screen TV. The ensuite Master bath has a large walk-in-closet, double sink vanity, soaking tub and a large separate stall shower. Our cozy Den features a Queen size sofa bed. Situated at the other end of the hall for ultimate privacy is the Guest BR and bath with Queen size bed and pillow top mattress. The condo comes equipped with a separate Laundry Rm. with a new (April,2011 ) GE front-loader washer and dryer. Ceiling fans are throughout the condo. Bring your laptop or favorite personal electronic device because the condo has WiFi for you further enjoyment. Park in your own private garage while there is an additional parking space in the driveway for guests. We hope that you enjoy your holiday. Coffee on the Lanai every morning while looking at the water fowl on the lake or an evening cocktail before dinner should go a long way toward assuring a peaceful holiday.
Sterling Oaks is a remarkable gated and guarded (24 hrs) community with a 10,000 sf clubhouse offering a full service restaurant and bar, free WiFi, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. The junior olympic size pool is one of the largest in the area and features lanes for lap swimming if you wish. The poolside Cabana serves food and beverages. Area Information
North Naples is an exciting, environmentally-beautiful area featuring wonderful restaurants, ample grocery shopping and some of the best beaches on the Gulf Coaast. The nearby Barefoot Beach State Park allows you to rent a canoe or kayak and row on the back bays and inlets with dolphins peacefully swimming along with you. Incredible!

Phantastic Opportunity

This property is phantastic! Very nice, everyhing is clean and creates a real home-feeling!! We have been there for six weeks, all necessary euipment is available, high standard. The owner is very courteous, everything is well-organized. The clubhouse of Sterling Oaks leaves nothing open, the pool and the gym are phantastic! The community is very well kept on a high standard. We will book it again!
