Enjoy 3200 sq. feet of lakeside luxury in our 3 bedroom, 3 bath, lakeside condo with private elevator in Fiddlers' Creek, one of Naples' finest gated destination communities. Excellent for couples or families, our condo offers 2 private suites and a twin bedroom.

Fiddlers' Creek is home to the 5-Star Fiddlers' Creek Club and Spa. World class golf can be enjoyed on the Creek Course or Marriott courses within our community.

We're just a short walk to a shared community pool & just a few minutes drive to the Fiddlers' Creek Club and Spa.

Our master bedroom suite has a king-sized bed, walk-in closets and private bath with his & hers vanities, shower and large soaker tub. Patio doors open to our screened lanai. The queen suite has a queen-sized bed, private bath and private balcony. The twin bedroom has two twin beds and is adjacent the 3rd bath.

Our fully-applianced eat-in kitchen overlooks our familyrooom with pit-group seating, entertainment center and large-screened TV/DVD. High-speed internet connection and unlimiited nation-wide long-distance phone service are free of charge.

Our dining room is adjacent our living room with entertainment center with large-screened TV/DVD. Patio doors open to our screened lanai with patio furnitue, including table for six, lounge, bistro set and double rocker. There's plenty of room for your family to dine a'la fresco or just relax and enjoy the view of the lake.

Your car will be safe and sound in our 2 car garage. A lovely shared community pool and the Varenna Fountain are just a short walk away.
