HERITAGE BAY is a community mostly known for it's championship golf course which offers 27 challenging holes. The 5 tee boxes range from 7177-4729 yds making it suitable for beginners and expert players alike. The course itself is gorgeous, set amongst beautiful landscaping and lakes. Heritage Bay offers 9 hole and 18 holes golf leagues for women and 18 hole golf leagues for men. Free unlimited golf is available with this rental. You only need to pay the cart fee and transfer cost. All leagues are open to renters.

The condo itself is a beautifully decorated 2 br, 2 bath apartment with a screened in lanai which offers a beautiful panoramic view overlooking the golf course and lake.

HERITAGE BAY is a new luxurious gated community surrounded by acres of walking trails, wildlife and lakes and is approximately 20 min to the Ft. Myers airport, and to Old Historic Naples and Third street, home to boutiques and the finest restaurants you could desire. Vanderbilt Beach and Naples Beach are also approximately 20 minutes away. Beautiful Coconut Point Mall includes wonderful shopping and dining. The new Mercato shopping center has an incredible movie theater with sofa like, reserved seats plus great dining. Both centers are also about 20 minutes away. Naples famous sunsets are exquisite especially from the glorious beaches and beachfront restaurants. Well known Sanibel Island and Captiva are about 40 minutes away as is Ft Meyers beach and town.

Heritage Bay which is surrounded by natural preserves and lakes also includes a magnificent two story Clubhouse with a dining room and bar and grill room overlooking the golf course and exquisite lakes. The community offers a incredible fitness Center, and exercise room with any kind of exercise equipment you would desire. There are seven lighted tennis courts with stadium seating for tournaments, 7 pools including a Resort Style Main Pool and Hot tub,spa center and a Tiki Bar. Cocktail hours, entertainment and dinner dances are held in the beautiful dinning room and grill room. BBQ's and cocktail evenings are often held around the main pool. A driving range and putting and pitching greens are also offered.
