Tiled throughout, granite countertops, all new stainless steel appliances, and brand new furniture! Washer & dryer inside the unit.Flat screen TV's in living room and master bedroom. DVD/CD player available also. The master bedroom has large walk-in closet.The unit is on the first floor with a spectacular lake and fountain view seen from the living room and both bedrooms. The screened lanai provides a comfortable place to relax and enjoy lake and fountain view. We offer linens, towels/beach towels, umbrella, folding chairs, cooler and rafts for you also!
Wireless internet available in clubhouse. Wi-fi and phone service for calls to U.S. and Canada available in condo per request for an additional fee.

Better than advertised

Our two month stay at this property was enjoyed thoroughly. Located on the first floor in a quiet section, we enjoyed the view of the lake, the closeness of the pool and feeding the wildlife. The unit was well stocked and perfectly maintained. The Owners were more than diligent in ensuring our needs were met. Having the opportunity to meet them was appreciated as we warmed to them immediately. The location in North Naples was a treat with so many restaurants and shopping near by. We saved on gas expense as everything you would ever want was within 30 minutes. Clams Pass and Wiggins Park beaches were a treat and a must visit. A final thank you to our hosts as we really enjoyed our stay.
