Heritage Bay Condo in the Terraces
2 bedrooms, the master bedroom has an on suite bathroom There is also a sleeper sofa in the open den
Breath taking view of the golf course from the second story Condo is 2 minutes from the pool
Golf is included only the cart fees to pay which are $55 per person and a one time $225 transfer fee
DISCOUNT for multi month rental
No smoking inside the condo
In respecting renters who have allergies, no pets are allowed
