Kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, coffee maker, cooking and eating utensils. Dining can be either at the table or counter.
There is also a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Convenient and Quiet

Our 3months at this 3/2 condo was pretty much just what I'd expected from the description and in talking with Lori. Previously we had spent time very close to the beach (across the street) and weren't sure how we'd like this new area. Turns out we loved it for the quiet, the view and close proximity to water ( Eagle Lakes, Bayview Park, Avalon at Sugden), as well as a new Publix within a mile and a Fresh Market within 4 miles. I could even bike to Zumba at the East Naples Community Center. (Highly recommend Zumba with Casta) . Dinner on the spacious lania was such a treat . Being an end unit, the condo had lots of windows for both the natural light and the fresh air. Many nights we slept with the windows open. We both enjoy biking and found good rides within Lely as well as on the sidewalks of Santa Barbara and 41. Fun to ride to Fresh Market for lunch. The condo is definitely "dated" with way too many mirrors on walls and bedroom set, and older furniture, but for 3 months it was manageable and Lori was great about letting me replace a few kitchen items. Although I didn't spend much time at the pool, it is nice and according to my husband never crowded. Overall, a good experience and good value.

Comfortable and roomy. Close to the pool with a friendly and relaxing environment. Conveniently located.
