Beautiful first floor condo. Complete with all furnishings, linens, beach chairs, beach towels---everything you need for a relaxing perfect getaway.

Area Information

Our location is the perfect getaway for snowbirds. We are located in the quite and friendly community of Tropic Schooner. It's been called "the best kept secret" from the owners and renters who live there. We are just 5 minutes from Marco Island and 20 minutes from Naples. Enjoy your coffee on a tiled lanai and then take a walk down Mainsail Dr., which is a quiet road, located between Hammock Bay golf course and a wilderness lake. This is the perfect location for leisure walks and bike rides. If you enjoy tennis, there are four clay courts, on this friendly complex. You can enjoy your daily swim in one of two of our beautiful heated pools. The Marco Island and Naples beaches, are both 5 minutes and 20 minutes away. We are 45 min. from Fort Myers airport and 1 1/2 hrs. from Fort Lauderdale airport. The shopping is close and convenient to our condo.
This location has so much to offer. We love it there.

Lovely well kept environment

This experience was wonderful, I would like to go there again next year. We explored the surrounding Naples area includingthe everglades found many places that I would like to revisit. The condo was exceptional, everything we needed was located within a short drive all the people in the community were very friendly, there were many community activities in which we could participate if we chose to do so, it was a wonderful respite from the active Naples/Marco Island communities, Thank-You Sue for allowing me to stay in your condo!!!

We stayed there in January and could not have done much better. Close to the well kept and heated pool. well stocked & kept app. very close to beautiful Marko island & beaches. 5min. from WalMart. Sometimes wifi is iffy, but great in the 2min.distant well stocked library. Most people over 50 and very friendly but not suffocating. We would go back.
