Naples offers that unique Caribbean ambiance with all the conveniences that the US has to offer. And this resort is perfectly located to enjoy it all, near Marco Island and Olde Naples. Gorgeous beaches, great shopping, fantastic dining, excellent golf, the list goes on.
One of the best features that Falling Waters Beach Resort provides is the 600 ft lazy river pool. This heated pool elicits socializing with the other friendly vacationers and owners as you float around for hours (floats and noodles are provided as well as coolers, umbrella, and chairs for the many area beaches). The resort also has a heated lap pool, tennis courts, and bocce court.
This recently refurbished condo is fully furnished and conveniently located on the FIRST floor for easy access. The large master bedroom has a new 32” flat screen TV and sliding doors which open onto the lanai. It also offers a mesmerizing view of the volcano which glows red at night and provides that soothing water therapy to lull you to sleep. The second bedroom boasts a new queen size cherry bedroom set with a private full bathroom. The living room contains all new furniture and a new 50” flat screen TV & DVD; the three panel sliding doors open fully onto the lanai.
The newly equipped kitchen includes granite counter tops. There is also a new marble top kitchenette in the kitchen area for informal dining in addition to the formal dining room. Our favorite room is the large lanai containing a dining table and coffee table and plenty of seating, a refrigerator, jennair grill, and sink. Washer & dryer in unit. Garage and parking included.
No pets please (not allowed by HOA).
The condo association only allows MONTHLY rentals.
