Welcome to the fabulous Glades Country Club that offers two 18 hole golf courses, 1 par 72 and 1 par 54.
Renters have the same privileges as owners with a small fee for golf. As well renters enjoy all the other amenities which include numerous swimming pools, tennis courts, bocce, shuffleboard, and clubhouse activities such as euchre, poker and bridge. The Glades is just 15 minutes (4 miles) from the famous 5th Avenue and the white sandy beaches of the gulf. We purchased the condo in December 2012 and it has been updated with new paint, furniture (king bed in master), linens, appliances, lanai, bathrooms, and foyer. The condo is 1300 square feet excluding the lanai (which contains an additional 400 sq.ft). Private end unit with view of the pool for your enjoyment.
