Gated community. This condominium has a view on the lush landscape with lighted waterfall. The community heated swimming pool is the largest pool on the Southwest Florida coast. Great place to relax and meet people. The Falling Waters community clubhouse offers many activities including pool aerobic, dance night, and movie nights. Private library and meeting facility, kitchen and grills which are available for owners, renters and guests. Tennis courts, kid's playground and much more.

The community of Falling Waters is a quiet, beautiful location with the biggest pool in SW Florida. My wife, 2 teenage sons and myself stayed during July & August and the complex was empty and very tranquil. Falling Waters is approx 15 minutes drive from the beaches of Naples and is a great location for a family holiday or just for a couple. The condo is beautifully maintained, very spacious and has a very high standard of decor throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. We have been to Naples 4 times and have no reservations in recommending this condo to anyone. You will not be disappointed. This gated community is the best. It has the largest,most elegant resort pool and the grounds are immaculate. The condo had everything you might need,and was in pristine condition. Can't wait to return,simply the best.

We loved the decor and furniture in your condo and you've got everything there that one needs on a vacation, but doesn't have to think about bringing! Just great!
