We are offering for monthly or seasonal rental our lovely, newly-remodeled house in a lush tropical setting, located Naples at the Vineyards, about 4 miles from Vanderbilt Beach. We are hoping that, with WELL below-market rent, we will more easily find people who will take good care of the house and furnishings.

Naples is a relaxed and beautiful, artistic town, with a huge number of interesting shops, restaurants, natural beauty (including miles of warm-in-winter beautiful beaches), & more golf courses per capita than anywhere else in the US. We can give you lots of tips on what to see! Arrangements (at additional cost) can be made for temporary membership at the Vineyards Country Club and golf courses.

Our house is at the end of a pretty cul-de-sac in Villa Verona, a section of the gated Vineyards development near the South entrance. The house backs up to a small park, and is a less-than 5 minute walk (really!) to a large supermarket, Starbucks, pharmacy, restaurants, etc. Vanderbilt beach, one of the nicest beaches in the world, is less than 4 miles away. There is a state park next to Vanderbilt beach where there are beautiful walks, amazing wildlife, and lookout towers with gorgeous views. The local Naples zoo is a lot of fun for adults and kids - it is very modern, and they have multiple daily shows with amazing animals. You can take a boat trip in the nearby lagoons to see wild Manatees! The Everglades National Park is right nearby. Ft. Myers has all kinds of attractions, including Thomas Edison's summer home. And don't forget the Florida Keys! There are endless things to do, and it is ALWAYS warm in this part of Florida.
