The house has air conditioning throughout. Our luxury 4 bedroomed, 3 bathroom home sleeps up to 8 people and has its own 13 x 26ft swimming pool. It is situated on the prestigious Briarwood Development. Briarwood is a private gated residential area with Royal palm lined streets and wide friendly side walks to a communal heated swimming pool, basketball courts tennis courts and childrens play area.
It is conveniently located in the heart of Naples, close to world class shopping of Olde Naples, fine dining, beautiful beaches and wonderful golf courses all within 15 minutes drive. Sorry we do not allow pets.

the house and location were perfect. paying 45$ for a dirty and rosty BBQ is unreal. The procedures at the gate, getting a barcode and get access to the area must be improved.

We (3 couples from Denmark) spent 14 days at this very nice house. We were all very satisfied with the house and the surroundings. We can oly recommend it for other guests and if we ever will come to Naples again we will inquire about the availability.
