Stunning new model home with 3 bedrooms, Den with wood flooring, and a large loft, LR/DR, eat-in kitchen, 1st floor master bedroom suite. Awaiting your arrival is a beautiful pool with jacuzzi surrounded by landscaping and brick patio in a large lanai overlooking a private lake and country club. This home is very beautiful and spacious and the kitchen is just perfect with granite counters, custom cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The Quarry is Naples' newest high end resort community centered around two large lakes just off Immokalee Road. The gated/manned community entrance is impressive and the entire resort boasts the feeling of a northern lake lodge with bold stone and natural wood theme. Overlooking the vast lake on a white sand beach will be a resort style beach club (scheduled for completion December 2007). The bar and grill will be surrounded by a lap pool, a large pool and spa, spacious sun decks, a fully equipped fitness center, women's locker rooms, retail shops and elegant spa services. The Quarry's boat dock will accommodate activites such as fishing, sailing, power boating, personal watercraft and anything that involves water. After a great day at the beach club try out one of the areas many public golf courses (Quarry is a private course). • Deposits: Flexible - Typically half of the rental fee is required as an initial deposit. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. A 5% security deposit (min $500) will be collected with the rental fee and be returned within 14 days of departure pending inspections of property for any unusual cleaning requirement or damage.
