Description of the Naples vacation home rental

Briarwood Gated Community: Beautifully appointed 3 bedroom 2 bath vacation home with its own PRIVATE POOL. This comfortable home has a bright spacious open floorplan with vaulted ceilings and ceramic flooring in kitchen and living areas. Enjoy your morning breakfast in a spacious eat-in kitchen with all the comforts of home. All living, dining and kitchen areas are tasefully decorated.

Master bedroom is open and aire with private access to lanai and pool. Master suite is handsomely decorated with a new kingsize bed, 2 walk-in closets, bath, oversized shower, and television. Second bedroom has a queen bed with ample closet and dresser space, while 3rd bedroom is perfect for children with 2 twin beds and colorful decor.

Home has its' own heated Private Pool which is safely enclosed with a screened lanai. There is sliding door access to the lania/pool from both the living area and master bedroom.

You are only 10 minutes from Naples beautiful beaches or excellent dining in Old Naples. Boating and Fishing are also only minutes away.

Home has alarm system and 2 car attached garage with remote.

Pleasant surprised

Our family spent 4 weeks holiday in this house. All of us enjoyed very much this quiet first class gathered village. But at most this famous house, clean, nice and fully furnished. The perfect pool area, the dining and grill space under the canopy. The whole pool area covered not with glass, but with mosquito net! Just perfect. Let us feel to be in free nature, in mitten of Palm trees- another surprise for relaxing after Golf. Thank you! We would like to come again. Elsbeth, Claudia, Hanspeter and Hans Egli

We were thoroughly impressed with this home. Very clean and well kept. The pool area was lovely and we enjoyed our afternoons by the pool. The beds were very comfortable although the twin beds are not ideal for an adult. The Naples area was easy to navigate. A beautiful area in Florida to visit. Great food too! Loved our vacation and vacation "home".

We actually stayed in this property from Dec. 20, 009 thru January 24 2010. Excellent central location and neighborhood. Everything about our stay was very good-the weather was the worse cold in 40 years but that did not affect our stay or the time we spent with relatives in the area. I would rent this property again.

Beautiful, spacious home......

Our stay at this property was a dream and perfect in every way. We had 2 small situations that were attended to promptly by the caretakers (who were also wonderful people)who lived nearby the home. We felt very much at home and extremely comfortable. We had everything we needed to carry on every day life away from the comforts of our own homes. We did not want for anything at all. It was beautiful!

Briarwood was a wonderful stay, we all enjoyed ourself and felt like we were at home.Everything that was needed was in the home,it was comfortable. We loved the house it had everything that it said it did. Very comfortable and decorated well. It was nice coming "home" after being out and about all day instead of a hotel and really appreciated having a washer and dryer to use. It was easy to find and close to a lot even though we didn't know the area at all. Only small gripe I have was the pool was very cold the first night when my kids wanted to get in it the most - we paid for it to be heated and this was corrected the next day after I left a message w/ the caretakers. Mornings and evenings were chilly that week and would have liked the pool even a little warmer - but not such a big deal and if ever in that area again wouldn't hesitate to rent same house.
