Upon pulling into the driveway, you are immediately drawn to the architecture and the curb appeal of this beautiful home. Simply and elegantly decorated, only one word can describe it: "stunning" Offered as a rental home for the first time, this property will certainly impressed anyone.
As you enter, there is a guest room which features a twin trundle bed that can be made into two twin beds or a king sized bed. There is also a 1/2 bath perfect for guests. This home features tile floors throughout with custom features. NO DETAILS WERE MISSED.
The kitchen is in the heart of the home and features granite counter-tops, cherry oak cabinetry, and high-end stainless steel appliances. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to dine in. The kitchen features a breakfast bar with bar-stools. There is also a built in desk with wi-fi internet provided.
There are two dining room areas in the home and both are open to the living room. The living room features a leather sectional couch, perfect for watching the widescreen tv. The living room features floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that lead to the lanai.
The lanai is the perfect spot to spend your vacation... It is completely screened and fenced in for the utmost privacy; and did we mention custom landscaping!! The lanai features an outdoor sectional couch and a 55 inch flat screen tv.
The salt water pool and spa are surrounded by brick pavers and is heated to the perfect temperature. There is a table perfect for dining pool side, lounge chairs, gas grill and an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off the beach sand! Its like living at your own private resort!!
The master bedroom features private access to the lanai through sliding glass doors, a king bed, flat screen tv, walk in closet, private bath with a walk in shower and dual sinks.
The guest rooms (total of 4 bedrooms in all) feature queen beds and share a guest bath and both feature flat screen tv's as well.
There is a two car garage.
This home is complete with linens, towels, kitchen equipment, and laundry room - just bring your bathing suit and jump in

Wonderful place, poor communication

Pros: 2 blocks from the beach, great location, beautiful pool, clean facilities, comfortable condo. Neutral comment: lots of families, pool closes at sundown - early for kids but made for peaceful evenings. Cons: poor communication from the rental company. Showed up and they had given us the wrong code, I was told there would be a lock box which there wasn't. Once we got in it hadn't been cleaned from the previous guests who left 2 days prior. Took a few hours to resolve. A frustrating beginning but then a wonderful week. Tip: Make reservations way ahead of time if you want to eat at a restaurant at sundown - beautiful.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo mostly because of proximity to beach and condo ammenities. The unit itself was nice and appreciated having 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and laundry on site. It was nice having security entrance and parking for car. The condo does need some TLC as carpet was stained, bi-fold doors stuck, sliding door to porch did not easily lock, basins in master either drained slow or stopper was broken. We had to call rental company to have new tumbler put in front door lock. From time we arrived we found door extremely hard to unlock and open. My biggest suggestion would be to have rental materials laid out upon arrival to unit. We had to call rental company because there was no information left on check out procedures. It also would have been nice to have information on the area, restaurants, local sights, etc that we have had laid out for us in other units we have rented over the years.
