Completely renovated single family home located in Naples Park, walk to Vanderbilt Beach, Wiggins Park Beach, The Mercato Shopping District and so much more!!

Upon entering this beautiful home, you are immediately drawn to the French Pattern Marble Floors through out the home. Simply and elegantly decorated, only one word can describe it: "stunning" This home is immaculate and stunning - it will impress anyone.

As you enter, there is a guest room which features a desk with wi-fi internet access and a full size bed. This is the perfect place to catch up on work or perfect for guests.

The kitchen is in the heart of the home and features granite counter tops and high-end stainless steel appliances. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to dine in. The kitchen also features a breakfast bar with bar stools

The kitchen is open to the dining room, which features seating for 4 and is also open to the living room. The living room features a sectional sofa, chair and a flat screen tv. There are French Doors that open to the screened lanai.

The screen lanai features an outdoor living room set, perfect for relaxing and overlooks the fully fenced in yard with an above ground spa. The perfect retreat.

Great house in a convenient location

Very nice interior, close to beautiful beaches and restaurants. Close access to the highway which made it easy to attend Red Sox games in Fort Meyers and travel to the airport.
