With its southern exposure and 2000 square feet Villa Mermaid II offers seven light flooded rooms. Three double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one bedroom with bath ensuite). The covered Lanai (320 square feet) and the heatable pool offer great outdoor living. The fresh mediterranian furnishing with very personal decoration meets your expectations for lifestyle and individuality. The open kitchen features Gourmet –Equipment and is a pleasure for every cook.

Area Information

In eight minutes you reach Downtown Naples and the elegant and famous 3rd and 5th street offering cafés , restaurants and stylish shops and the very special atmosphere of Old Naples. Hardly three blocks away from the busy 3rd street, you have a variety of direct beach accesses with sufficient parking possibilities and freshwater showers.

Leaving Villa Mermaid II (with the bicycles,which belong to the house)you reach the Community Tennis courts, a large pool and the well- equipped gym. The next well- assorted Supermarket PUBLIX can also be reached by bike within 10 minutes. Mon mari et moi avons passé des vacances très relaxantes dans la Villa Mermaid. On a trouvé la maison dans un état impeccable, propreté exemplaire tout comme la piscine et les alentours, cuisine bien équipée et atmosphère très confortable avec des chambres spacieuses, mobilier et décoration de qualité. La maison est bien située, seulement quelques minutes du supermarché et pas loin de la plage. Bref : la maison nous a bien impressionné ainsi que toute la région. Nous reviendrons très prochainement.

What a view!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was in the best location for views in the complex! The pool was great and the other residents/tenants were very inviting and friendly. As the saying goes, location, location, location...well, you surely have it here! Right next door to Tin City. Short walking distance to 5th Ave shopping, and a short drive to the beaches, pier, city dock, etc. This was our first visit to Naples and this condo and we look forward to doing it again!
