Description of the Naples vacation home rental
Beautiful, fully furnished new coach home in the Lely Community, Community of the Year five years in a row!. Private gated entrance in the exclusive Classics Community. Option available to join The Player's Club and Spa (additional cost involved), which is a bike ride or walk away. Two semi-private championship golf courses in the Lely community.
Upper level unit with private elevator and garage.Light and airy, with cathedral ceilings and skylight in master bathroom.
Everything you need for a wonderful stay in sunny Naples. Located ten minutes from the beaches in both Naples and Marco Island.
Large slider opens onto a tiled lanai. The lanai has seating and dining for eight, with a ceiling fan and light. The lanai overlooks the preserve where deer are spotted many mornings and evenings.
Master bedroom has a king size bed, ceiling fan and large walk-in closet. Master bath has soaking tub,two sinks, tiled shower and skylight.
Middle bedroom has twin beds,and ceiling fan.Directly outside the bedroom is a bathroom with tub. Directly beyond that is a laundry room, with a washer, dryer, and deep sink. A pocket door provides extra privacy.
Down the hall, overlooking the driveway is the bedroom suite area. It features a queen size bed,two twin beds, and a ceiling fan. Private bathroom with a tiled shower.
Eat in kitchen, stocked with any utensil you may need.Kithen table seats four, with a ceiling fan overhead. Directly off the kitchen is a den with two love seats and a TV. Pocket doors can close off this area for privacy.
Kitchen overlooks formal dining room and living room combined. Dining room table seats eight. Two sofas, with lights for reading or relaxing. Ceiling fan.

The entry to the unit is directly off State Road 951, making it easy to access the main road.Conviently located 8 miles from downtown Naples, and about 8 miles from marco Island.
There are boat rentals, fishing charter, dinner cruises, sight seeing and shelling cruises, and cruises to nowhere. If you like to gamble, there's a gambling boat as well. Key West is only 4 hours away by high speed shuttle.

Peaceful preserve paradise

My husband and I had a delightful stay in this spacious and well equipped coach home. It was a pleasure to have morning coffee and breakfast on the lanai and then then go off to the beach or the golf course. The community pool was convenient and very well appointed. There are many excellent restaurants within a short drive to either downtown Naples or Marco Island. I would highly recommend this unit.

My husband and I live in Massachusetts and try to come down to our Lely home several times during the year. We are not yet retired but do try to spend January here and enjoy the warm sunshine, at a time when New England is cold, grey, and bleak.
