Description of the Naples vacation home rental
Our beloved 3 bedroom +den house is located minutes from the beaches and Olde Naples, it is just off Davis. The house has an absolutely gorgeous panoramic view of the lake. You will enjoy the large, and fully furnished lanai, as well as the inside of the house in excellent conditions with a real Floridian look for your vacation!
We are looking for tenants who will love and care for our jewel; we only rent once a year for multiple months. We will be happy to tell you of all the amenities you will find at Crown Pointe! It is located in a newer community in Naples, Florida. The development is an upscale residential community of some 150 homes complete with tennis and clubhouse that is situated on a 36 acre lake.
In all, some 2100 square feet of beautifully furnished living space await your enjoyment.
We consider our home to be of excellent value and are confident that for those wishing to relax in private luxurious surroundings in the lovely Naples area, they will be more than satisfied.

Area Information
Naples beach is pure white sand, uncommercialised apart from the pier, surrounded with palm trees and is a public beach on which you can walk for miles. The heart of Naples is well-known for its upscale shopping and dining and Tuscany style architecture. Go shopping in the shops and boutiques in Venetian Village or Waterside, or find bargains in the Outlet Mall. Experience the Philharmonic Orchestra, or take a boat trip through the Bay and out to the Gulf. There is a good shopping center at Kings Lake, and it is close to a public golf course. (approx. 1.5 miles). Davis Blvd has good access to the I75 exit 101 just three miles away, Ft Myers airport is 38 miles, and Miami airport 105 miles.

Wonderful Place

We stayed two weeks at this house, we had a great time. The community is nice, we played tennis, they also have a work-out room, and pool - all very clean. The house is clean and nicely furnished, the lanai is very cozy and private, and the view onto the lake is very nice. It's very close to the beach and the shops at 5th Avenue as well. I recommend this house to anyone who is looking to have a good time in Naples.
