This home has a spacious private in ground heated pool and Lanai that is great for relaxing in after a day at the beach! This Naples Home, is large and spacious, with outdoor dining, gas grill and lounge chairs and fenced throughout.

The house has all necessary amenities and more, including a large 50" television in the living area with DVD player,wireless internet, telephone, television in master bedroom,New Central A/C, Gas Grill, Full Laundry area with Washer/Dryer, all linens and kitchen items,as well as a variety of beach items for your use along with kids sand toys and pool toys.

Master suite has king set with large in closet with appointed bathroom with jacuzzi tub, which also opens to the screened lanai. Bedroom 2-3 have queen sets, 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds and the den has a pullout couch.

Surrounding this lovely property are the amazing diversions such as world famous shopping,world class golf, entertainment, nightlife of the Mercato Lifestyle Center and the beautiful white sand record setting beaches in the United States. Only 20 minutes from famous 5th Avenue - downtown Naples..

Nice home conveniently located to Vanderbilt Beach and major shopping areas and restaurants. Easily accommodated our party of 8. Owners were very easy to work with and accommodated our changing requirements. Would stay there again without hesitation.

The house was beautifully renovated and large enough for our family of 6 adults. The pool area is especially nice with a southern exposure for sun all day. The house is nicely situated between Wiggins Pass and the Vanderbilt beach areas, and within 5 miles of downtown. The real estate company and Linda Rey were also great to work with--efficient and friendly.â��
