Description of the Naples vacation home rental
***This home is perfect for a relaxing stay in Naples. Immaculate, lushly landscaped, and perfectly maintained 3 bedroom, 2 bath home pool home in the desirable Vanderbilt Beach area of Naples, minutes from the beach, along with the fabulous Mercato Center, The Ritz and La Playa. (Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor Wiggens State Park are minutes from the property). The home is set off the street with privacy and ample parking. The layout of the home is open and airy with new updates through out. The large kitchen is great for entertaining and has upgraded Corian counters and all new stainless steel appliances. Additionally the home has diagonal Italian tiling throughout the house and new furnishings. Cable, WIFI, Central A/C, laundry area and everything needed for a stay away from home.
Relax in the recently installed inground heated pool, deck an oversized screened lanai. The pool is set in a private sunny backyard, that is completely fenced and surrounded by tropical landscaping. The backyard/pool is great for relaxing, with lounge chairs for sunbathing, outdoor dining and a large gas grille. Walk or bike ride to one of the top rated beaches in the country-VANDERILT BEACH, or enjoy the fine dining and shopping at the Mercato (an upscale shopping district within walking distance!). Turn-key with nothing to bring but your bathing suit!!! . Central A/C, Laundry area, Cable and high speed WiFi internet. Also, all beach and pool items are at home, along with numerous baby items as well.
Other location perks: Vanderbilt Beach (rated one of the top ten beaches in the country) is two blocks away - within walking distance. Naples is known as a premier golfing spot with over 100 championship courses. The Pavilion Shopping Center, movie theater, and restaurants are just blocks away. Pelican Bay Park is also a few blocks away featuring playground, 8 clay tennis courts, handball, racquetball, soccer fields, basketball, softball, etc.
Popular sites for hiking and nature walks can be enjoyed along the beaches, Delnoir Wiggins State Park (5 minutes away) and at Corkscrew Sanctuary and Lovers Key (30 minutes away & Everglades parks ( 60 minutes away).

Nice House, Good Location, Wife & Westies Loved It

The house is well maintained and clean. The location was convenient for going to the center of Naples for shopping/dining and a good point to jump off for Bonita Springs and Ft Myers Beach. Loved the pool with Lanai. Swam every day. Dogs did well in the fenced backyard. Some beach gear is available (stored in the garage). Would rent this house again.

My kids and friend stayed here for the week. The house was perfect, clean, nice pool and great location for us.
