Beautiful single family home with open floor plan and contemporary decor. This property offers a lovely view of the 2nd fairway at The Cypress Woods Golf and Country Club. This home offers a large master bedroom suite with a fabulous walk-in closet. The master bath includes a garden tub and jetted spa shower. This home also features a large kitchen with corian countertops and plentiful cabinet space. In addition, our home features welcoming landscape, tray ceilings with beautiful crown moldings throughout.
Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, tennis rackets and a cooler for those days at the beach are all available for your use. In addition, a tv in the living room and master bedroom offer cable channels.
The Cypress Woods Golf and Country Club offers plenty of opportunities for fun and relaxation. There are several pools including a lap pool and a hot tub. In addition to the 18 hole Gordon Lewis designed golf course, there are tennis courts, a fitness center as well as a stunning club house restauraunt .
