The property is a large corner lot, private and beautifully landscaped. There is a deck off the kicthen for outdoor dining and carport parking for 2 vehicles. This residence was recently completed and newly decorated in the summer of 2011.

My colleague and I stayed there for a week in May while attending a professional conference. The house is perfectly situated: close to the beach (bike ride away!) and downtown (5 minute drive), with lots of amenities close by (Publix is around the corner). The house itself is beautiful, recently renovated throughout, with tasteful decoration, comfortable furniture. The owners are very pleasant people who are close by and will be there almost immediately should you need them for anything. Very pleased with our experience.

We spent 10 days here for our Christmas vacation. The property had all the conveniences of home, including laundry facilities, a nice kitchen with great appliances and two cruiser bikes. The home was tastefully decorated and very clean with a beautifully landscaped yard. The property was about a mile from the beach and was located in an up-and-coming neighborhood . The owner of the property, JR, was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this property for anyone wanting to stay in the Naples area for a reasonable price.
Brand New Home, time still required to build rental history. Our other properties have recieved 5 stars and great guest testimonials.
