Description of the Naples vacation home rental

This very beautifully appointed cottage is brand new and very clean.
There is one king size bedroom with en suite full bath, one queen size bedroom and one sitting room with pull out full size sleeper sofa with large full size hall bath.
Family room and all bedrooms have TV's, with DVD player in family and master.
The kitchen is fully stocked with brand new appliances and ammentites for a comfortable stay. There are plenty of linens, beach towels and beach chairs for your convenience.
The property is a large corner lot, private and beautifully landscaped. There is a deck off the kicthen for outdoor dining and carport parking for 2 vehicles. This residence was recently completed and newly decorated in the summer of 2011.

Area Information

Central Naples is extremely convenient location. We are just south of Pelican Bay and the Ritz Carlton and North of Old Naples and 5th Ave entertainement. It is located one stop light south of Waterside Shops, close to Neopolitan Shopping Plaza. Grocery stores, fresh market, health food store, many restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. The home is very close to Naples Grande Resort, Clam Pass, Venetian Village and to many public beach access points. The home is located just off of Tamiami Trail, a very conventient main road for tourists getting around to prominent local businesses. There are two near by heath clubs also within walking distance, one offering pool and spa with short term memberships for visitors.

Beautiful house, friendly owners

May 22, 2012

My colleague and I stayed there for a week in May while attending a professional conference. The house is perfectly situated: close to the beach (bike ride away!) and downtown (5 minute drive), with lots of amenities close by (Publix is around the corner). The house itself is beautiful, recently renovated throughout, with tasteful decoration, comfortable furniture. The owners are very pleasant people who are close by and will be there almost immediately should you need them for anything. Very pleased with our experience.

Cute, clean and cozy home away from home

January 4, 2012

We spent 10 days here for our Christmas vacation. The property had all the conveniences of home, including laundry facilities, a nice kitchen with great appliances and two cruiser bikes. The home was tastefully decorated and very clean with a beautifully landscaped yard. The property was about a mile from the beach and was located in an up-and-coming neighborhood . The owner of the property, JR, was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this property for anyone wanting to stay in the Naples area for a reasonable price.
