This home has a spacious private in ground heated pool/spa and screened Lanai that is great for relaxing in after a day at the beach! This Naples Home, is large and spacious, with outdoor dining, gas grill and lounge chairs and fenced throughout.

You and your family will enjoy our bright, spacious and comfortable modern home with high cielings and open concept great room, it has everything a guest could ask for.
With 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 spacious bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen for your use.Parking for 4 cars

The master bedroom boasts a Queen size bed with an ensuite bathroom and a large walk in closet. The ensuite has double sinks and a large shower. You have a view of the pool and spa area.

The guest bedrooms both have Queen size beds and large size closets. One guest room has a built in office for your use with Free WIFI available through out the home.

All rooms have cieling fans.

The kitchen has an eat in area and all new High end Stainless steel appliances. Granite counters, and a fully eqipped kitchen that any cook will love!!

All brand new linens and cookware for your use.

With high cielings and bright sunshine you and your family will enjoy your Naples vacation time, great for 2 families,or 3 couples. Sleeps 8 comfortably.

The living area has a 55" flat screen tv with DVD, and local cable, also has a pull out sleeper bed for your use.

Brand new GE front loader washer dryer- also we have an ironing board and iron for your use.

Walk out to the pool and spa area where you will find a dining area with patio table and new Stainless steel BBQ. All the area is beautifully landscaped with many tropical plants around.

There are lounging chairs for you to take in the wonderful Naples sun after you have enjoyed a swim or maybe the spa...

Pool toys are available for kids along with lifejackets for their use.

Beach chairs, towels, umbrella and sand toys on site for your usage.l

Beautiful Home

February 12, 2012

We stayed at this home - it is beautifully furnished, well maintained and well-equipped. The owner popped by for a friendly hello, and the agent was always available via cell phone for any inquiries. The pool is large and warm, the hot tub relaxing. There are many dining areas: breakfast nook, dining table, outdoor dining table. The landscaping is very well done and maintained. The location is 5 minute drive to the beach, and about halfway between downtown and the Miromar Outlet and huge mall. There is a Whole Foods nearby for groceries, many restaurants and shopping at Mercato. You can't beat the weather in Naples for a getaway in the winter.

Beautiful Vacation Home

January 12, 2012

We have just returned from spending a week in this home! We could not have asked for a better equipped home away from home! The pool and hot tub were fabulous! So close to beautiful Vanderbilt Beach and state park beach-beach chairs included with the home! Upon our arrival, we were welcomed with a Christmas tree!!
