Description of the Naples vacation home rental

This lovely furnished 4 bedroom/ 3 baths home offers lots of space and privacy.

It has an open floor plan with a family room plus a formal living room.

This house has a formal dining area with 8 seats and a cozy nook with 4 seats opposite the kitchen.

Because we want to offer you a clean house around the year we put tiles in the house throughout. There are no carpets any longer in any of the rooms.

The bedrooms offer the following beddings:
1 king-size bed in the master bedroom
1 king-size bed in the second master bedroom
1 queen-size bed in the guest bedroom
2 twin beds in the guest bedroom

The terrace offers a lovely back yard area. We planted three trees and you can pick the fruits when they are ripe. Further we added pineapples and please also take them when you will rent the house.

The outside area offers a dining table, chaise lounges, and a Weber BBQ gas grill. The pool and jacuzzi can be heated on request.

The kitchen is extremely well equipped and you will not miss anything there. We also made sure that our renters find more than enough towels in beach towels in the closets.

The family room offers a game cube with games, family games and DVDs. We even collected books in different languages for you.

We gave our best to make your vacation as comfortable as possible. For any question we have a house keeper in the area. Just let us know if you have any question.

Area Information

Briarwood is a quiet gated community, only 12 minutes from the beautiful beaches and from downtown Naples.

Amenities are: 2 community pools,Tennis courts, Baseball, little playground for the kids
