Description of the Naples vacation home rental

Don't miss winter in paradise. Stay at our newly remodeled pool home in a safe, peaceful, established, well kept Naples neighborhood. We are convenient to the warm gulf beaches and Naples Bay, the shopping, galleries and restaurants of 5th Avenue, and the airport.

Our bright, spacious home is well appointed and comfortably sleeps seven. It features vaulted ceilings, ambient lighting, ceramic tile, Berber carpeting, and marble counters throughout. You can enjoy morning coffee in the breakfast nook, at the bar, or poolside on the lanai. Cocktails are best enjoyed while floating in your own private pool or relaxing in the spa. Games and movies can be watched on our flat screen cable TV with DVD, or you can catch up with family and friends using the wireless Internet connection. The living, dining, and kitchen area has double, south facing sliders looking onto the screened lanai, private pool and spa.

The master suite offers a queen bed, walk in closet, an oversized shower, and pool-lanai slider access. The guest room has 2 twin beds; and the den, with a queen murphy bed and twin convertible loveseat, can be used as a home office or 3rd bedroom. The property is fully applianced, equipped, and well maintained. The exterior is landscaped with a backyard abutting conservation land. It has ample parking and a 2 car garage.

Area Information

The neighborhood association has an activities clubhouse, tennis courts, and an oversized pool that offers scheduled water aerobics classes. There are safe, off road walking and biking trails throughout the neighborhood, and a shopping center with a Publixs, Starbucks, Walgreens and other shops and restaurants at the entrance to the community.

You can stay active year round when the temperatures are warm year round. That can't be said for all of Florida. So, relax...shell the white sand gulf beaches, golf in the sun, swim with the dolphins, sail or fish the gulf shores, cruise Naples Bay, bike or horseback ride the trails. You'll love downtown Naples. Spend the day exploring the galleries or shops of 5th Ave, Old Town, Tin City, or the 10th St. antique and consignment area. Take a day or side trip to Marco Island, Sanibel, Everglades National Park, or even Key West. Whatever you decide, you can be assured that our home is convenient to all.
