This fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 2 car garage Townhome has numerous upgrades throughout, including granite counters, new appliances, upgraded tile, cherry cabinets, large master bath with whirlpool tub and separate shower, large walk-in closet, and a gorgeous resort style, Heated Pool in the courtyard right out your back door. This is one of the Premier "Quad Units" in Ole' with a private courtyard and pool.

The home features a large, open floor plan with tall ceilings, a sunken living room, elevated dining room and over 2,000 square feet of living space. In addition, there is a large front porch for enjoying an afternoon cocktail as well as a large balcony off the Master Bedroom.

The home is in Lely Resort of Naples in the beautiful new Ole' Community which boasts wonderful Mediterranean architecture, lots of green space and plenty of outdoor activities for the entire family. The inviting and quiet community is built around a thriving village center which includes a large, resort-style pool and beautiful waterfall, a fabulous Fitness Center/gym and an aerobics studio.

Ole' at Lely Resort is just 30 minutes from the Fort Myers Airport and minutes away from Downtown Naples, and Marco Island's pristine beaches, fine dining and excellent shopping.Enjoy the new 20,000 square foot Mediterranean-style clubhouse that offers an upscale golf shop, restaurant, bar overlooking the course and locker room complete with showers. There are numerous restaurants and cultural attractions including the Naples Zoo and the Philharmonic Center which are a very short drive from the villa.

Lely Golf Resort has one private and two public courses. The Flamingo was designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr and the Mustang was designed by Lee Trevino. These courses promise challenge to golfers of all skill levels.

Wonderful Experience

Our stay in this unit was very enjoyable. The unit is very well equipped with many items that would not usually be found in a rental unit. It is a large unit with lots of room for 6 people. The ability to access the quad swimming pool was an extra value that we took full advantage of. The large garage provided us with and area to store the items we brought with us such as bikes and golf clubs. Overall a very good experience. The owner is great to deal with as his appointed caretaker.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. The pictures sold us on our staying their, but they were nothing compared to the real thing. The pool, which we usually had just to ourselves and was just outside the back door, was our favorite amenity. Everthing we needed for a great time was within quick driving distance, and Cracklin Jacks restaurant, located just up the road, was a hoot!

This townhome was the perfect place to relax for springbreak! It is just as described and pictured. New, clean, beautifully furnished, with everything in great condition. The quad arrangement was great, close to a pool, with a beautiful courtyard with hammocks, grills, and rattan furniture. We drove to the beaches and used the resort pools. Great weather! This setting can easily accomodate young and old and I strongly recommend renting this home if you are looking for carefree vacation.
