Deposits: DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A damage/reservation deposit of $500 is required. This must be received within 3 days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (15) days of departure, provided that no damage is done to condo or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
Other Fees: $150 cleaning fee.

Your home is gorgeous and extremely well stocked with all the essential items needed to make a vacation enjoyable. The location from the airport and the close proximity to the entertainment and shopping was an added plus. My favorite point is the location of your house almost right across the street from the activity center and pool. My wife and I spent a week in this beautiful home. It certainly didn't feel like a vacation rental. The home is like new with wonderful furniture and everything furnished including beach chairs. This was our first trip to Naples and we hope to return soon to the same property.

The unit is spacious, attractive, comfortable and well appointed. Everything is new and works well. A gemI The pool and community centre are only a few steps from the unit. The many and varied attractions of Naples as well as the gorgeous beaches and excellent restaurants are only a few minutes away by car and the weather is wonderful. What more could you ask for? We loved it and will return.

Condo and all furnishings are brand new. Just 7 minutes from closest beach. Excellent shopping close by. Really enjoyed the stay.
