This furnished 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom,2 car garage Casita has numerous upgrades. The home features on open floor plan with tall ceilling with one bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. Three bedroom and two bathroom on the second floor.
Area Description
The home is in the beatfull new Ole'Community in Lely Resort. It boasts wonderfull Mediterranean architecture, lots of green space and plenty outdoor activeties for the entire family. The guests, will have temporary membership to the world renown Players Club and Spa,while the village center will be completed by early 2008. Lely resort is just 35 minutes from the Fort Myers Airport and minutes away from Downtown Naples and Marco Island pristine beaches, fine dining and excellent shopping. There are numerous attractins including the Philharmonic Center, Museum, and Theaters which are a very short drive from the villa.
Lely Resort has two of the best public courses in Naples. The Flamingo was designed by Robert Trent Jones,Sr and the Mustung was designed by Lee Trevino. Guest have preferred tee time privilege.
