This furnished 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 2 car garage Casita has numerous upgrades throughout, including granite counters, new appliances, upgraded tile, cherry cabinets, large master bath and seperate shower, large walk-in closet, and access to a gorgeous resort (The Player's Club and Spa) until completion of the Ole Town Center opening mid-April 2008 which is within walking distance from this villa.

The home features a large, open floor plan with tall ceilings, a beautiful living room, dining room, kitchen, master suite, guest bedroom with twin beds and sleeper sofa in living room. In addition, there is an open patio off the living room for a nice cigar or tempting cocktail.

The home is in Lely Resort of Naples in the beautiful new Ole' Community which boasts wonderful Mediterranean architecture, lots of green space and plenty of outdoor activities for the entire family. The inviting and quiet community is built around a thriving village center to be completed in April 2008 which will include a large, resort-style pool, a 4,000 square foot gym and an aerobics studio. In the meantime, of course the use of the beautiful Player 's Club which is only seconds away.

In addition, the village center will also include a spa, movie theatre, business center, ice cream parlor, casual dining restaurant, Irish Pub and much more. Outdoor activities include basketball and tennis courts and beach volleyball.

Ole' is only 30 minutes from the new Fort Myers airport and is minutes from Marco Island and its pristine beaches. Also minutes away from downtown Olde Naples fine dining and excellent shopping.
