Single story Mediterranean Villa with front and back courtyards, soaring vaulted ceilings, Bright Southern Exposure with view of lake and tropical landscape, short walk to community pool and clubhouse, 2 bedroom 2 bath, great room plus glassed in sun room, outdoor patio with gas grill and one car garage plus one car parking, 18x18 tile throughout with pavers on patio and courtyards. Beautifully furnished with contemporary and antique pieces decorated with an artistic flair, fully stocked gourmet kitchen with granite.
Master bedroom with king bed, walk in closet, marble bathroom with double sinks,seperate jacuzzi tub and big glassed in shower plus seperate water closet. Bedroom 2 with queen bed and hall bath with single sink, tub/shower combination.
Community has miles of lighted walking paths surrounded by nature preserves. There is a cat walk over protected mangroves to a private lagoon on the Gulf of Mexico. The clubhouse features a gym and library as well as hosting events through out the year.
