Description of the Naples vacation villa rental

Welcome to fabulous Naples Golf Club. Very private FIRST FLOOR, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, 1300 air conditioned sq. ft., fully furnished beautifully newly renovated villa in the most private area of Glades Country Club. It has been remodeled in 2012 with new tile floors, granite countertops, plumbing fixtures, and more. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances. Large spacious rooms. High-speed internet (wi-fi), TV, DVD,dishwasher, washer and dryer are included. All utilities are included.

Step out of your lanai and walk 60 feet to a secluded heated swimming pool. Great community. The two bedrooms are separated by a very large living room and each have their own ensuite. The master ensuite has a queen size bed, master bath and walk in closet. The 2nd ensuite has two twin size beds. There is a queen size sofa bed in the living room with a recliner. Sleeps up to 6 people. 1 playpen for a child is also available. The kitchen and baths has also been recently upgraded and the unit is completely repainted. All furniture has recently been purchased.

Parking is located within 10 meters on the same ground floor and is included in price. 2 parking spots are available.

Area Information

5 mins drive from the 5th Avenue and the white sandy beach. Minutes from groceries, shopping and movie theaters. The Glades is an enjoyable golfing community offering two 18-hole golf courses (one par 72, one par 55), 10 tennis courts, 9 heated swimming pools, shuffleboard, bocce ball, clubhouse, pro shop, 19th Hole restaurant, community events & social gatherings. The Pro Shop is fully equipped with a Pro on staff to teach golf and create custom-made clubs. The Club House, just a hub of activities which include Bridge, Euchre, Mahjong, Yoga, Karaoke, Bingo and numerous dinner dances. New amenities include our Golf Learning Center, a Library, Art Room and Craft Center.

THIS LOCATION IS CONVENIENTLY SITUATED FOR OUTSIDE ACTIVITIES AS WELL. Naples is wonderful all year. Many people know that, and even vacation here during the summer.

Wonderful vacation home

We are visiting close friends in Naples, Fl. we wanted a place close to theirs. We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find a beautifully remodeled home with all new furniture and fixtures. The home is very well equiped with all amenities we need and desire. A pool nearby is available. Naples waterfront and downtown is very close. I would recommend this home to all my close friends and relatives! The friends we visited saw the house and will also recommend it.

A hidden gem!

It was a perfect place for our family with 2 young kids! Safe, quiet and close to the beach and restaurants. It was very convenient to have a functional kitchen and a shopping centre nearby. All the neighbours were very friendly. It was a beautiful, and very clean place.
