Description of the Naples vacation villa rental

Welcome to fabulous Naples Golf Club. Very private, clean, FIRST FLOOR, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, 1300 air conditioned sq. ft., fully furnished, beautifully newly renovated kitchen in the most private area of Glades Country Club. The kitchen has been remodelled. Large spacious rooms.Large lanai. High-speed internet (wi-fi), TV, DVD,dishwasher, washer and dryer are included. All utilities are included.

Step out of your lanai and walk 100 feet to a secluded heated swimming pool. Great community. The two bedrooms are separated by a very large living room and each have their own ensuite. The master ensuite has a king size bed, master bath and walk in closet.Quality soft cotton sheets for your comfort sleep . The 2nd ensuite has queen size bed. Extra sleeping arrangements are available upon request.Sleeps up to 6 people.

Parking is located within 10 meters on the same ground floor and is included in price. 2 parking spots are available.

Area Information

5 minutes drive from downtown Naples, 5th Avenue and white sandy beaches. Minutes from entertainment , shopping and groceries. The Glades Golf community offering 2 18-hole courses. 10 tennis courts, 9 heated swimming pools .Just three miles to the white sandy ocean beach with beautiful sunsets, the Naples Pier on the Gulf of Mexico, downtown shopping, fine dining, galleries and pubs with live music on 5th Avenue, 3rd Street and Tin City. A short drive to site seeing - Everglades(air boat rides) and the Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary. Kids activities (check seasonal hours) - Coral Cay Mini Golf, The Naples Zoo, King Richards Medieval Family Fun Park and Sun-n-Fun Lagoon Waterpark.
Aproximately 40 minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers.

Amazing vacation

That was a perfect vacation! Steps away from the pool. Condo is conveniently located very close to downtown, and all the restaurants and stores. Very nicely designed. The owner was very accommodating. I am definitely coming back!

We spent lovely ten days in Naples. Cute bungalow, very clean, lots of natural light, nice kitchen, very comfortable beds. It is close to everything you want: pools, beaches, tennis courts, shopping, places to go out. I liked the grounds a lot. It reminded me of botanical gardens. it is very well maintained. There are so much to do in Naples, it is a very beautiful town, but after a while we decided to suntanned around a pool, relaxed and enjoyed the family time. It felt very safe and comfortable. The owner of the property seemed to be very nice and easy to reach. We took our twenty years daughter there and she liked it as much as we did. I would recommend this place to every one.
