2nd floor: there are three bedsit (6, 6a and 6b), each with double bed, bathroom with shower and independent entrance. Two of them(6,6b) have an equipped kitchenette corner, table and chairs, and one(6a) has an electric cooking stove suitable to prepare a breakfast. The three rooms can be linked to form one apartment sleeps six.
In the same palace two apartments are others, 1st floor: bedsit (nr 3), sqm 45, 2+2 sleeps, with panoramic view, a double bed + a double sofa bed, a kitchen with table and chairs and a bathroom with shower.
3rd floor: apartment (nr 7), mq. 45 with a double bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower.

Area Description
The RESIDENCE LUNGOMARE is situated in the heart of Naples in an historical building overlooking the seaside just opposite you can find the departures of the boats connecting Capri, Ischia, Procida, Eolie and Pontine islands. A few minutes away there is the railway and metro station Mergellina, connecting to the historical centre and the other neighbourhoods, Pompei, Pozzuoli, Sorrento, Positano.
Is only few steps away from some of most important placas, in the shelter of shopping centre and near the most trend club. , 30 mt there are Posillipo underground, bus stop and taxi.
