Description of the Naples vacation cabin rental

LONG LAKE CAMP - Waterfront, cable TV, washer/dryer, HUGE porch. I have a 4 season camp on Long Lake in Harrison Maine by Naples half way up Long Lake(and Sebago Lake/Brandy Pond). I am NOT a realtor and thus have NO hidden fees. It is on Cape Monday Cove and has a private dock...great for overnight use (if you have your own boat or choose to rent one down the street). It does not have a sandy beach right there by my dock, however you can go to the "common area" 3 houses down the street, where their is a volleyball net and a small beach. My family typically takes our boat out to the main lake around the corner and dive in. I do supply a canoe and row boat for your use.

It has a full kitchen (with all the amenities) and 2 bedrooms on the first floor (1 queen and 1 full), and 2 full beds and 1 twin upstairs in a large private room on 2nd floor. (Beds are new and comfortable). There are bathrooms on both floors...shower on first floor and tub on second. It has cable TV and DVD player, and gas grill. (And I just did the kitchen over with new cabinets and any awesome granite countertop....but don't have new pictures yet.) It is a 4 season house with a regular oil furnace for use if it gets damp/cool at night. It also comes with a washer and dryer in the basement. It has a HUGE screened porch with picnic table, and horseshoes in the backyard. See the pictures below. Also, if you are the type that needs to stay "connected" even on vacation...you can connect to free internet wireless service at the Town's library 5 miles up the road...you will see others parked in the parking lot with their laptops.

Available to rent by the week at $1200/week over the Summer (June - Sept.) Saturday to Saturday. However, I would reduce the rent to $1100/week for a 2 week rental; $1000/week for 3 or more weeks. Please no smoking inside, and no dogs (I will consider cats). I would have you fill out a rental application and provide $500 refundable security deposit. My husband really enjoyed the fishing, large mouth Bass, about 4 lbs., this home is on the best coved fishing area on the lake. The home itself was very comfortable and clean and the screened in porch is a nice place to spend time. The kitchen is top notch, made life simple and enjoyable.

we have thoroughly enjoyed our time here in your beautiful house! it was everything promised and more. cooking was a joy in your beautiful new kitchen! we made friends with the neighbor & his two great dogs. we were glad to have them follow us to the beach to splash around with us! the people that live in the area are very kind and helpful. my son took the rowboat out every day to fish (until we rented him a motor boat for a few days). my husband and i took the canoe out and paddled out to the island and back, exploring & looking at all of the other beautiful lakeside homes. we also conquered walking the whole Cape Monday loop (that one hill on the other side is a killer!) my daughter was satisfied with playing board games & just staying in, until i took her to the Naples Town Beach after a little shopping! thank you again for a very comfortable stay. my son and husband have already talked about things in terms of "next year when we come..."
