Description of the Naples vacation cottage rental

Brandy Pond cottage with great beach! Comfortable, traditional summer home w/guest cottage in a quiet, private family compound. Great view from living room, dining room, patio and lawn. Beautiful, gradual sandy beach. Near golf, restaurants and activities in Naples and the greater Sebago Region.

Guesthouse has 3/4 bath, compact fridge, stove, sink, coffeepot, toaster, microwave & TV. Main house is available by itself in low season for $1750 (holds 6+2). No jet skis, please. Float and mooring, plus use of dock that is shared with one neighbor. Lakefront water levels are usually higher early in the summer. Satellite & DVD on 1 TV in main house only. Pets are allowed with prior approval.
