This popular beautifully decorated new home is located at Sebago Cove/Sebago Lake, the South Maine Lake Region.

This 1800 sf spacious house comes with 3 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The bedroom has an on-suite master bath with a quarter-round shower completed with marble shower surrounding and sliding glass door.

The gourmet kitchen has a large center island next to the sun-filled dining area. A sliding door off the dining area leads to a 20x14 deck which allows you to enjoy beautiful sunsets while you relax or dine on the deck.

The house has all the bells and whistles that the modern technology has to offer. High speed internet WiFi makes you connected all the time. Over 100 channels Direct TV. There are a DVD player, CD player and stereo sound system.

It also offers all the convenience you would expect for a relaxing vacation, such as new washer/dryer, microwave and gas BBQ grill , etc. A stone fireplace mantel with pellet stove provides extra heat source during the winter ski season.

Game tables (mini-pool and footsball table) in the basement.

3BR/3Ba sleep 8 (2 Queen Beds, 1 Futon Full, two Twin beds). Rate posted is based on 6 people stay. Additional fee apply for additional 2 people.

No pets & No smoking, please.
No Linen and towels will be provided.
For out of state guest, with special request, limited linen and towels can be provided @ 12.5/pp, minimal of $40 service/charge.

Washer/dryer, gas range and oven, microwave and toaster oven are provided.

Area Information

It only takes a short walk to the association beach and 5 min drive to the Lake Sebago State park. As part of rental guests, we offer the state park seasonal pass with the rental for free!!! A $6.5 saving per person per day! Once you are inside the State park, be sure to visit Songo beach, it’s beautiful! You should also check out the Pine Grove picnic area inside the park where you can access to a sand bar. Bring your beach chair, enjoy!

There is a drive-in movie yard on Rt 302 towards Bridgton ~ 10-15min driving from the house. North Conway outlet shopping area is about 45min away. Lots of good shopping. If you have little kids, Story Land in North Conway is just ~ 1hr away from the house or ~15min from the shopping area. Of course, Portland is about 45min away the other way. Lots of shopping and good restaurants again! The Portland Head Light, Portland Breakwater Light and Spring Point Ledge Light in South Portland bug light and spring light are all within South Portland vicinity (Cape Elizabeth) area which are highly, highly recommended for a perfect day trip. Please also don’t forget to visit mid-coast area, such as Boothbay harbor… It’s breath taking. Along the way to the mid coast you can stop by Freeport and shop at the famous 24/7 LL Bean Store.

Oh, don’t forget to visit south costal Maine towns for the famous beaches and Bush’s Maine family compound!

Great House in a quiet location

This property is tucked away in secluded woodland yet close enough to Naples so as not to be inconvenient. Extremely well equipped and very well appointed, it was a delightful place to spend a week relaxing. Whilst we were a group of adults, it would be equally suited to families with children and teenagers. I would definitely recommend it!

We definitely enjoyed our week here; everything we expected was on hand at the house. The state park pass was a real bonus; Sebago Lake is clean and crystal clear, and the park is well maintained and supervised, and wasn't crowded on any of our visits. The nearby local grocery, which the owner recommended, supplied our needs well. Not really a problem, but I do wish the owner's helpful binder of information for guests had also included a list of the channels that are actually available there. Overall, a delightful week, even for the one-year-old.

We went there just before last Christmas for ski. This vacation house is very clean and well decorated. We went to ski in the day and cooking in the evening. Outlet shopping mall is not far away. We had a wonderful time in there and kids enjoy there very much.
