• Required Stay: 3 day min stay (week day)
   
• Lodging Tax: 7%
   
• Deposits: 1/2 of the total is due up front to reserve the property. The remaining 1/2 is due four weeks prior to the rental.
   
• Other Fees: We require a security deposit of $400 which is fully refundable within 2-4 weeks of your stay if there is no damage or theft, plus a cleaning fee of $80. $100 energy surcharge for the winter week
