What does this include '
Our private setting; over 160 lakefront acres, a private dock, ski/wakeboard boat,paddle boat, canoe and kayak, sauna, hot-tubs, game room, and sports fields- soccer/ football and sand volleyball.

Many people have asked us if linens, beach towels and laundry facilities are onsite...yes they are. A large capacity washer and dryer are in the breezeway, and all detergent, bleach and softner are there for your convenience.

Lakes Region has at least 8 other lakes nearby. Snow Skiing, shopping, the ocean is 55 minutes away, and our property is on a series of connecting ATV and Snowmobile trails.

• Other Fees: $1000 refundable security deposit, once included epuipment is inspected (ie. the boat, ATV's etc.) $300 cleaning fee

 Great place for family reunion, September 7, 2008

We had our parents 50th Wedding Anniversary party here. It was just perfect. The house was amazing and the landscape was great for our outdoor lobsterbake and pictures. At night a great firepit was available for us to sit by and relax. The boats and outdoor equipment just topped off the experience. I would recommend this place as a great get away for a family gathering. If you need anything, the owner was there to help. If you want privacy and family time, book this place for your next gathering  more...
