Description of the Naples vacation home rental

* House sits atop a hill, farthest lot. Quiet and private. Summer offers beautiful water view of Sebago Harbor Shores -- an inlet of Sebago Lake. Fall foliage abounds. Snow-covered hills make for a winter wonderland.

* 1600-sq-ft ranch, 3 spacious bedrooms (two with vaulted ceilings), 2 full baths.

* Immaculate -- house is only 5 years young!

* Sleeps 8 -- BD 1: queen bed and full futon; BD 2: queen bed and full futon; BD 3: queen bed. Eight is maximum occupancy.

* Airy, open floor plan, with lots of natural light. Efficient fresh air circulation in the summer and heating in the winter (two heat zones).

* Large living area -- vaulted ceiling, hardwood floors, wrap-around couch with comfy seating for 8, dining table for 8, new 52" TV, DVD/stereo, Bose MP3 player, gas fireplace, etc.

* All the comforts of home (fully equipped modern kitchen, bedding and bath towels provided, etc.)

* For summer use, large deck with gas grill, comfy outdoor furniture, two huge sun umbrellas.

* Great for couples or families -- lots of room for everyone to sleep, lounge around, make meals together. Light up the outdoor firepit in the evenings and enjoy the sunsets... Make s'mores with the kids... Watch movies, play board games... There are also plenty of toys and books.

* No smoking, no pets, please.

* Summer swimming -- Walk (about 6-7 minutes) to cozy, private association beach (can also drive there); 5-minute drive to spacious Naples Town Beach (free parking) with very shallow, sandy entry and large dock (perfect for kids); short drive to Sebago State Park (very large sandy beach, hiking trails, picnic areas).

* Boating -- Bring your boat! Private boat dock is only a short walk (6-7 minutes) away -- direct access to Sebago Lake, Long Lake, and Brandy Pond, more than 40 miles of water! You can also fish right off the dock.

* ATVers -- Bring your ATVs! Miles of ATV trails accessible right from the house.

* Skiers -- only 20 minutes to Shawnee Peak (perfect for families), under 1 hour to fantastic Sunday River!

* Rental price includes everything -- linens and bath towels, cleaning fee, and taxes

* A $300 security deposit will be required, and will be returned upon review of the premises after your stay

* Naples is 2 1/2 hours from Boston, in the Lakes Region of Maine. Gorgeous lakes, postcard foliage, alpine skiing -- quintessential Maine for all seasons!

* 5-minute drive from the house is the Naples Causeway, bustling with summer activities -- shops, restaurants, ice cream, minigolf, arcade, water sports, boat rentals, scenic lake tours by boat or sea plane.

* Naples Golf and Country Club is only 5 minutes away.

* Within 1 hour's drive of No. Conway/Story Land, Portland, Freeport, and Sunday River.

This Naples home is warm, comfortable, and cozy. Owners are a pleasure and we really enjoyed our stay. Extremely reasonable rates in this beautiful area of Maine.....

We just returned from our stay and had a great time. The house is immaculate and very spacious. The location is great - short ride to the Causeway Marina and restaurants while still having the privacy to build a fire and relax. I would highly recommend this rental.
