This was a great find. I just came back from staying there. Place is not fancy but clean and has anytyhing that you would need to have a great week. The owner was very nice and helpful but gave me my privacy. The beach is just a couple of steps from the cottage. You cant see it from the cottage but you can hear the waves at night. Wow! I will be back next year.

Cozy cottage just steps from a gorgeous beach! Very comfortable and clean, Sandy (owner) is very hospitable and welcoming! Cottage is set behind the owners house. Small, beachy neighborhood but two great seafood restaurants within walking distance. Would highly recommend this cottage and location for a relaxing get-away!

This cute cottage has more room than meets the eye and is stocked with everything you need for a week on the beach. I stayed there alone, and the location was far enough from home to make it feel like a true vacation, but close enough for family and friends to visit for the day. Sandy was generously accomodating and neighborly, while respecting my privacy. And the beach was beautiful. I will definitely be back.

Even though we had to evacuate for one night and had no power for 4 days we loved this spot. We were able to cook out breakfast and dinner and enjoy the beach and beautiful weather, with the breath taking sunsets. Sandy did all she could to offer us as much comfort as possible in the situation, and we like to go back when everything is working without the threat of a hurricane. She was a wonderful owner.

Sandy was very kind, generous, and accommodating, making for a wonderful experience. This is a quaint, cheerful little cottage, with every square inch of space well utilized. Even with 5 of us (including three kids under 6), we didn't feel cramped. There was even enough room for a pack-n-play crib in the bedroom. There is a shallow kids' beach just around the corner that was perfect for our family. I highly recommend this for a low key getaway.

I really enjoyed my stay at this cute and cozy little beach house. Sandy, the owner, was very friendly and accommodating. I had an entire week of sun, sand, peace and quiet. The house is conveniently close to shopping areas, restaurants and the Block Island ferry. I had a great time and would highly recommend this little house for a relaxing and fun vacation getaway!
