Description of the Nashville vacation cabin rental

Bring your bikes! This beautiful (2005) vacation cabin has it all - it is conveniently located just 2 miles from the quaint village of Nashville Indiana(250 shops, galleries, and eateries) and 4 miles from Brown County State Park and is close to nearly everything brown county has to offer. It is on a hill nestled within 8 acres of scenic woods and ravines...very private and peaceful!
Loaded with warmth and charm, this cabin is constructed with native poplar logs from a local sawmill and chinked with mortar and has hickory flooring throughout. There are 3 bedrooms(queen beds) and 2 full baths to accommodate 6 guests. Many of the decorations were selected from specialty stores in the village and are unique. The living room has reclining leather seating for comfort while watching a modern LCD tv with satellite or select one of several dvd movies. Enjoy the gas log fireplace made with brown county stone. Located in the loft, a 1951 restored coke machine is sure to make you smile. Conversations generally lead to sweet memories of the past.The kitchen is fully equipped with modern conveniences including a dishwasher and newer appliances. For outdoor cooking there is a charcoal grill and picnic table.
A flagstone stamped walk is boarded by perennials and the lawn is nicely manicured. Hike a 1/4 mile ridgetop trail winding through the back property to an awesome view of the cabin on a distant ridge. Outdoor activities include a 6 person hottub for relaxation,reminisce around the campfire,play horseshoes or badmitten. Large covered porches are great for morning coffee and bird watching. Listen to the crickets and the "croakin' frogs" from a nearby pond. You will likely see deer crossing the property.
This cabin was built for your pleasure and it's our belief that once you stay, we'll become your favorite destination. Excellent choice for a romantic retreat,family vacation or girls getaway.
