Large sleeping alcove w/ queen bed, sitting area overlooking the back gardens and large work space with table. Full bath en suite . Mini Fridge and Microwave. Wireless Internet. Non-smokers only, no pets. $65 per night or $400 per week. Deposit required.

In the heart of Nashville's MUSIC ROW, this charming neighborhood is central to everything. Houses in the area date from the late 1800's and many have been converted to publishing houses, recordings studios and record labels, hence the name MUSIC ROW. Tucked away on double dead ends, our street is only two blocks long, so there's no traffic. Vanderbilt University is 5 blocks West, Belmont University is 3 blocks South. People love staying in this area because of the charm, the convenience and the quiet surroundings. The night life of lower Broad is a $10 cab ride away, less than the cost of downtown parking.

We spent several nights here - apartment was very clean, spacious, just perfect. Owners were very pleasant to deal with, no problems whatsoever. I would definitely stay here again.
