Description of the Nashville vacation apartment rental
Welcome to Nashville and our newly renovated private apartment in the exclusive Green Hills neighborhood. We have a clean, spacious (over 1,300 sq. ft.) apartment with private entrance, 2 bedroom spaces, complete kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom with oversized shower, washer/dryer, screened porch/deck, flat screen TV, WiFi and private parking.

This is a luxurious space for two, and can easily be converted to accommodate four to six people with two queen-sized beds and a queen-sized convertible couch.

We're professional musicians who have traveled widely and enjoy meeting people from around the globe. We love Nashville and are happy to make suggestions to make your visit a wonderful occasion.
Area Information
We are located in a peaceful, safe residential neighborhood within walking distance of the Mall at Green Hills. We are a few minutes from Music Row, downtown Nashville, Vanderbilt, Belmont and Lipscomb and close to many great restaurants, shopping and tourist attractions.

Deposits: 50% deposit at time of booking. Remaining amt. due 30 days before arrival date. There is a $60. cleaning fee per week for all stays of one week or more. There is an additional $15. per person, per night for more than 4 guests.

Other Fees: House Rules: There is no smoking in the apartment or on the screened porch. Smoking is allowed outside on the back deck or the driveway. We have a parking space in the driveway reserved for our guests. Additional cars may need to park in front of the house at the car owner’s risk. (Please note that this is a quiet neighborhood, and we’ve never experienced any trouble with parked cars being stolen or vandalized). Although this is a safe neighborhood, you are responsible for locking the apartment.

We had a most relaxing and comfortable stay. We had everythiing we needed. Host and hostess most accomodating. I would definitely recommend this property to anybody. It is close to the Green Hills shopping district, very accessible to highways and downtown Nashville and yet has the air of privacy. Well appointed and very clean.

We spent a very enjoyable Thanksgiving in Nashville. The apartment is conveniently located to most everything we wanted to see and do. The property is homey, comfortable, and equipped with everything one could want in the way of amenities. I enjoyed the paintings that were hung ever-so-tastefully, knowing that they were by members of the family. Even had a chance to play some music with our most gracious hosts.

Q: How far is the apartment from Downtown Nashville?
A: We are about 4 miles from Downtown. It takes about 15 minutes by car. There are buses nearby as well.
Q: Where is the nearest shopping center?
A: The Mall at Green Hills is about 1 mile from the house. It features some of the best stores in Nashville: Macy's, Dillards, The Container Store, Coldwater Creek, Chico's, The Walking Co. Tiffanies, Nordstroms, William Sonoma, The Apple Store, Banana Republic, and many, many more great stores, plus Whole Foods and Trader Joe's.
Q: Do you allow pets?
A: Because some of our guests are allergic to animal hair, we prefer not to accept pets, but we do make special exceptions for service dogs and small, non-shedding well behaved dogs. Please ask first before bringing a pet. there is a $10. per day fee for dogs.
