The room we rented was a good size room with a comfortable memory foam bed. We had everything we needed, it was clean, comfortable, quiet and the shower was great :) The house is beautiful and the back yard was amazing with everything they've done to it. The owners were very nice and Robin was really great in helping to find the right places to visit which are not always touristy. It's a great location to stay, right in the middle of everything and not too far to walk downtown (you'll still want to wear sneakers).

It was my first time not staying in a hotel when travelling alone. it was great staying at Robyn's house. beautiful location, close to the university area with nice cafes/restaurants right around the corner, taxi less than $10 to the city (to honky tonk on broadway). I had an amazing time in Nashville. Thanks to Robyn and her husband for this wonderful accomodation

We had a nice stay. 5-10 minute drive to Ryman Auditorium, Country Music Hall of Fame, Puckett's (great breakfast) & the Parthenon. The next day we parked at Opry Mills (free) and had a wonderful dinner, walked around the resort & saw a show at the Grand Ole Opry. We had a wonderful relaxing stay. Thank you!

Very well kept nice home. The apartment is spacious and has all requirements met. A very convienient walk to downtown. Our only complaint ..mattress is very very hard..took awhile to get moving again in the morning.

Great place w ideal location! The owners were so friendly and welcoming! Beautiful home with adorable back yard! We hope to come back in the spring to enjoy it next time. Bathroom was clean, and the bed was comfy w soft sheets.

The space was in the city close to music row, downtown and the west end. Accommodations are clean, comfortable with all the promised amenities and easy parking. I enjoyed jogging through the neighborhood as well. We will definitely return.

Amenities of Home Centrally Located in Nashville

We were very fortunate to stumble upon this charming rental as an affordable alternative to a hotel. This rental offers the amenities of home and the convenience to all the city has to offer. Although the rental is nestled within the owners' home, the sliding door to the upstairs provides all the privacy you need. You can't even hear the owners downstairs. This large space had a clean, soft bed, an abundance of pillows, fresh towels, eclectic furniture, coffee pot stocked with coffee grounds, free WiFi, along with Nashville's current weekly publications to map out your itinerary. We weren't able to take advantage of the beautiful, serene backyard, but we were urged by Johnny to enjoy a bottle of wine there. Best of all, the rental is centrally located and is within a ten minute drive of all the city's favorite destinations. We never had to pay more than $10 for a one way taxi ride. As a young couple traveling to the city for the first time, we felt that we had a private, personal space that we could call our own for the weekend. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

I stayed at Robyn and Johnny's place while in Tennessee for my son's sports event. It was conveniently located close to Vanderbilt University and minutes from downtown. The room had everything I needed and was very comfortable. I must say that it was truly a pleasure to meet Robyn and Johnny. They made my stay very easy and pleasant. I would highly recommend this rental.

We came to Nashville for a concert and stayed here for 2 nights. It was a close $10 cab ride downtown. They were great hosts, we had the upstairs to ourselves, and rarely saw them. We will definitely try to stay here again on our next trip to Nashville.

This place is PERFECT if you want to be in the middle of everything Nashville has to offer. Robyn and her husband were very welcoming and providing for us. It was very private and cozy. The bed was also the most comfortable bed I have EVER slept in...it made it very hard to get out of in the morning! haha! I would most definitely stay here again. They are great people and I'm so lucky to have come across this place...best kept secret in Nashville! Hope to be back soon. God bless!

My husband and I stayed here during Christmas week while visiting family members in Nashville. This great little getaway gave us a chance to have some private time and unwind between family gatherings. We found the efficiency-style apartment surprisingly roomy, as well as attractively decorated and super clean. With microwave, mini-fridge and wireless internet, we had everything we needed. The location is awesome, and owners are friendly and accommodating. Definitely will want to stay here again.

We enjoyed our recent stay. The owners were friendly and accomodating. The location was very close to clubs, restaurants and had easy access to freeways. Only small thing missing was a freezer in the mini-fridge. Otherwise, very comfortable and homey.
