Description of the Nashville vacation b&b rental

Imagine finding a beautifully restored 1880's farmhouse located in the midst of 58 acres of scenic Tennessee ridges and still within the city limits of Nashville and it is all there waiting for YOU! That is what you find when you come to Crocker Springs B&B!! You can relax near the old oak trees where you can watch the horses in the pasture, on the front porch where you can watch the world go by or on the swing on the back porch where you can enjoy listening to the babbling brook while also watching the horses and wildlife in the pasture or just gaze at the beautiful ridges. Three attractive guest rooms await you, one large suite(where we can capture another queen sized bedroom) and 3+ common rooms where you can read, relax and play games or just do nothing!! In the mornings you will be served a full breakfast and there is always desert on the buffet in the dining room along with refreshing mint tea, both hot and cold! We look forward to having you come and allowing us to pamper you and oh yes, we will help you find all the tourism activities you might want to take part in should you want to leave our haven for awhile.

Come stay with us and enjoy all the sites and sounds around, including the new songwriter's cafe (Ri'chard's) ,hiking on the property to view the seasonal foilage or visit Fontanel where you can visit America's largest log home, play frisbee golf, hike their wandering trails or enjoy one of their fabulous outdoor concerts and there is even the Farm House Restaurant to relax and dine while listening to local musicans. We can help you find all the places you want to see, the very best eating spots, and activities or perhaps just to do nothing!! ...whatever will help you to totally relax and enjoy yourselves. Lodging tax: 15.25% and City Surcharge of $2.50 per room per night
Deposits: Deposits: In order to confirm, 50% of total rent is required to be paid down. Can be canceled 60 days of stay at 100%, 30 days of stay at 50%. No Refunds within 30 days of stay. Rental balance and $200.00 damage deposit due 30 days prior to arrival by personal check or cashiers check. Renters must be 25 years of age or older with a valid driver's license upon check-in. Deposit refunds will be mailed within one week of departure.
Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, Personal Check
Other Fees: Pet fees of $12.50 daily per pet .... only upon acceptance of pet and an additional $50.00 deposit required for the stay with your pet ... it will be refunded within the week if there are no damages.

Located just over 4 miles from Fontanel, Nashville's newest tourist delight and also 4 miles from Richar'ds, Nashville's hot Songwriter's Cafe guests love both of these sites!! Also have great Mexican Restaurants just 4-5 miles away ... you are in the ridges of beautiful Nashville and still just 13 miles
from the heart of downtown Nashville!! Though we are not normally pet friendly, we do open our doors to Service Dogs ... they are really people too you know!! : ) And, will consider your pets upon discussion of size, breed, type and other considerations. Just give us a call and we will discuss the issue. : )

Very relaxing retreat

June 29, 2012

6 of us spent a long weekend for an annual reunion. The sunroom is an awesome gathering place for conversations. Bedrooms and baths were very comfortable and hosts were gracious and very helpful. This is convenient to downtown but a bit pricey not to include breakfast ( that is extra).

Time for Family

Everything about Crocker Springs is a reflection of Jack and Bev. It is completely inviting, it is fun, it is so peaceful. Grandkids romped in the back and fed Chris and Chewie. My elderly mother was able to use her walker in the house with ease. Wonderful beds! Such a special time for us. We will come again.

Fabulous Hospitality!

What wonderful hosts! Jack & Bev could not have been more helpful, gracious and accommodating for our Thanksgiving stay. They went over and above to be sure we had everything we needed. The kids had a blast exploring, playing with the animals, playing ball on the spacious grounds and more! The beds are incredibly comfortable and the showers are amazing! I've been to some places where you felt you couldn't touch a thing. That is not the case here. They made sure we knew that it was all there for us to enjoy which made us feel right at home. The location is very convenient to anything you would want to do in Nashville.

A Creek in the Country

Bev and Jack were lovely and accomodating. Our group of 10 adults and 4 kids had the run of the house and sunroom and kitchen. They were a great resource to the surrounding area and city. The breakfasts were ample and hearty and delicious. Beds were luxurious. Antiques all over the house and yard show a great respect for their heritage. A little shallow rocky creek within view of the porch kept the kids entertained for hours. First rate experience.

Wonderful Christmas

My family stayed in this wonderful bed and breakfast over the Christmas Holiday. We slept 8 and had 18 family members for Christmas dinner. It was wonderful. The owners were very helpful and the house is beautiful. The horses on the property were very friendly and the girls loved them! We will certainly be going back. I would recommend for anyone.

Memorable Family Holiday

Crocker Springs B&B was a perfect location for our family Christmas. The rooms were welcoming and provided good conversation places. The Sun room was great for board games. The beds were very comfortable and clean baths. Bev and Jack were so friendly and made us feel like family, eager to meet our every need. We had 6 to sleep (room for 3 or 4 more) and 18 to eat dinner and open gifts. We recommend it for groups who want to build relationships instead of shop !!
