This is a year-round paradise. Central heat and air in this lake home, an A-frame chalet built in the late 1970's. Deep water, with covered boat dock and more. This is not just a lake view, it is ON the lake. Fish off the dock in the front yard. Swim off the dock. Sip a beverage. The feel is incredible here, tucked away on a hill at the end of the road, surrounded by tall trees. Goodbye stress, you are on vacation at the lake. Keep your boat here, and fish as well.

winter retreat

Loved the solarium! Spent most of my time there for a January retreat! Worked on my photo albums at a huge table in the solarium while looking out at the lake- fantastic view. Enjoyed the sunsets each day from the solarium. Slept in the bedroom however!!

the house and and grounds are just as pictured on line.....we spent four days there recently and had a terrific time.....the house itself could use a facelift but it had everything we needed

Stunning views

Spent the week with family and enjoyed every minute of every day. The location is phenomenal with multiple decks and a boat dock for your viewing pleasure. The Lakehouse is quaint and fulfilled our needs. We had a few maintenance glitches but Pat the PM was outstanding in responding quickly to our concerns. The glitches are the only reason I didn't give it five stars. I would recommend this vacation rental to anyone who wants to enjoy both a lakeside retreat and easy access to Nashville's downtown fun. I rented site unseen and was very happy with my choice. I will be a repeat customer.

great house, best view, a bit small and carpet is in need of replacement and some things could use a good cleaning or updating. Great for guys, girls may find it a bit rustic. Loved it though, outside on the lake most of the time about 1/4 mile from party cove

Myself and 3 of my friends rented the house for a guys weekend in Nashville where we would have lake access - we could not have asked for better. The homeowner was so helpful in passing along boat rental info and giving info, and a map of lake. The boat rental co. delivered the boat to the dock, so it was just a matter of walking down a few steps to the dock to get on the lake. We ended up spending more time at the house than in downtown Nashville, which is why we went in the first place. We could not have been happier.
