Cancel 14 to 29 days before your arrival date, receive a 50% refund, minus a $50.00 processing fee. Cancellations 13 days or less will not be refunded. NO refunds for early departures. We are not responsible for weather or road conditions. If you MUST cancel due to a true emergency we make every effort to help you re-book within the period of one year.

Lovely property with just as lovely people. Beautiful cottage, kind, caring and attentive hosts who truly do think of your every need..fountains, wildlife, gorgeous flowers, a trickling pond and lovely places to just sit and ponder..it truly does not get better than this. Perfect place to escape to...We absolutely loved staying at the Magnolia Cottage and we look forward to returning.

Dear Rhonda & Nate (and Skipper!) Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful place with us. We have enjoyed ourselves beyond words. It was so nice to come "home" to the cottage after running around most of the day, looking at houses, etc. You two are the sweetest, kindest and most genuine people we've ever met. What an incredible blessing to have found Rockhaven! We love both the Calico and the Magnolia Cottages, and we look forward to coming back sometime soon to stay at Uncle Pete's Cabin! :) Staying here has allowed us to experience Tennessee in ways that a motel could never have offered. Rockhaven is a bit of heaven on earth and we are truly blessed that the two of you have chosen to share it with others. As we've joked, we have discovered something new here each day and we loved it! We found this place on the Internet and it was by far the most wonderful, peaceful & charming place we ever stayed! Nate & Rhonda where the best of hosts. The place was immaculate. If there were 10 stars for a place to stay they would get it from us. Our rental (Magnolia Cottage) was beautifully decorated and charming. If I visit the Nashville area again or my friends were going to visit I will tell them all "you do not want to stay anywhere else". Beautifully manicured land with flower and rock gardens and a fish pond that (not the kind you put your fishing pole in) right outside our door. You will be missing the best accommodations ever if you do not try to stay at "Rockhaven". Sue & Ray" By the way, another couple (our friends) stayed in the Garden Suite at Rockhaven while we were there and they absolutely LOVED it too!

The Perfect Getaway!, March 2, 2008

My husband and I both work very long hours and we have two children. We had not been able to get away for our Anniversary in several years, but this year we decided we needed some time (alone) together. While browsing the Internet for a place to stay, I found Rockhaven and booked a weekend in the Magnolia Cottage. This place is so peaceful and relaxing...from the kitchen window of the cottage we looked out upon a little fish pond with a waterfall. The cottage is so beautifully decorated, Rhonda has done a wonderful job and Nate is the "perfectionist" builder of these adorable rentals. We were able to get a glimpse into Uncle Pete's Cabin just before some guests arrived and it was also a work of art. This couple has a gift in creating these cozy getaways and are blessing others by offering their land and surroundings to others. We will definitely be back...soon I hope! Jeannie & George Kendall

We have been coming to the Magnolia Cottage at least once a year for the last four years, because it is perfect. Rhonda and Nate thought of every detail. The landscaping and outdoors are beautiful and peacful or you can drive a few minutes to some wonderful resturants and shopping. I stayed at Magnolia Cottage June 12th through the 19th, 2007. My best friend Karyn and I met there on what we call our yearly trip to spend time with each other .I live in PA and Karyn lives in OK and we only get to see each other once a year. We have to look no further as to where we will continue to meet... Magnolia is IT!! It is such a beautiful and comfortable place to stay. The cottage is very well maintained and decorated beautifully, more than you could ever ask for. We saw and felt that the second we drove onto the property. It is quiet and peaceful and so serene. Although we did venture into Nashville and surrounding towns, we always wanted to get back because it was so nice there. The fish pond is amazing... we enjoyed feeding the fish and just sitting there and talking. The fish even come up to you when they see you coming! Nate and Rhonda are extremely gracious hosts, always saying hi when they saw us. We could not have asked for a better place to meet. If you are looking for somewhere to go and relax, enjoy nature and be with a loved one or a friend, I would HIGHLY recommend Magnolia Cottage!You won't be disappointed. Needless to say, Karyn and I already booked our next trip there for next June. Can't wait to see you guys again, Rhonda and Nate!! Take care!!!
