Romantic Magnolia Cottage - Jacuzzi, WiFi, Kitchen

We were looking for a nice place to stay for a weekend vacation in Nashville. What a gem to find Rhonda & Nate's Magnolia cottage! We fell in love with the cabin... and Nate and Rhonda! Besides being extremely professional and efficient with our reservastions, they were also the nicest people ever! What a wonderful experience! We were so pleased with the cottage... it was the perfect place for our stay. Every detail... from the basics for a comfortable stay... to the care that is obviously taken to furnish and decorate both the cottage and the grounds. This is obviously done with much care and love! It made it all the more special reading about Rhonda and Nate's family history in the guest book. Which also included all the information you could need for a visit to Nashville! It's a short drive into Nashville to enjoy the sights, and was so welcome to have the cottage to come home to at night :) We highly recommend a stay in any of thier rentals. We're looking forward to when we can come back for our next visit! Thank you for your wonderful hospitality :)

"An amazing place to stay!"

My friend and I wanted to visit Nashville and we decided against staying in a hotel, I am so so so glad we did. We absolutely loved Rockhaven. We stayed in the cabin, which had plenty of room, and all the amenities you could imagine. Plus, the prices are an absolute steal! :) The house was just perfect and meant so much to us to find out that the authentic cabin portion really used to belong to Nate's Uncle Pete, plus...Rhonda designed the addition, and Nate built it and refurbished the original cabin! I loved hearing and reading about the history of the land, their families, and all of the interesting stories about Ms. Rhonda working in the music/TV business for 25 years. The grounds are just amazing; each morning I could enjoy the beautiful view from the front porch or sit down by the pond and read. While we were there, I got to see Rhonda's new baby chickens! Nate's brother has horses next door. Mr. Nate and Ms. Rhonda were absolutely wonderful. I was so sad to leave :) They were so nice, accommodating, and really went out of their way to speak with us. I really loved speaking with them and learning more about their family history. We truly, truly, loved our stay and hope to come back soon. Thank you so much! I would highly recommend Rockhaven to anyone looking to experience Nashville, meet amazing people, and stay in a beautiful, clean, and relaxing place.

"Magnolia Cottage has it all!"

This perfect little cottage has something for any couple. Whter you are honeymooning, need a place to crash while you check out Nashville during the day or just need a place for a long needed rest, it's private, beautiful and perfect. Everything you need is provided for you and it is the prettiest, cleanest rental you'll every experience. We are 69 and 74 and travelled a lot for business when we were younger and on many years of vacations, both in the country and outside of it. So we've stayed in many types of place. In these days, we like to take a week to rest and recharge our batteries, just a quite place to walk, rest, read, fix our own meals, etc. This cottage is so beautifully decorated that I enjoyed just walking around looking at her little treasures. The landscape is beautiful with all the privacy in the world and the kitchen had everything I needed but the food - and I brought that. Nate and Rhonda are sweet and readily available to chat with or offer recommendations. Their welcome binder tells you everything you need to know about the history of their cottages, the sightseeing adventures in the area and simple things like grocery stores and shopping nearby. Our cottage has a beautiful two person jacuzzi tub with a romantic chandilier above it, flatscreen tv available from dining area, setting area or bed, more amenities than you could list. If this were a major hotel it would be 5 star for sure. I was already trying to set my husband up for our next visit before I left! Don't hesitate another minutes, rent this cottage before someone else does!

We have several couples who return year after year to our rentals and recently a couple who has been here several times sent a request for a booking. It's just customary for me to ask if they need directions again. This couple is Randy & Penny Story from Calvert City, KY...here is their reply to my question:

Four years ago we were looking for a getway to celebrate our ten year wedding anniversary. We found paradise! We have been coming to the Magnolia Cottage at least once a year for the last four years, because it is perfect. Rhonda and Nate thought of every detail. The landscaping and outdoors are beautiful and peacful or you can drive a few minutes to some wonderful resturants and shopping. We absoultly love this place and look forward to coming back again and again.

I stayed at Magnolia Cottage June 12th through the 19th, 2007. My best friend Karyn and I met there on what we call our yearly trip to spend time with each other .I live in PA and Karyn lives in OK and we only get to see each other once a year. We have to look no further as to where we will continue to meet... Magnolia is IT!! It is such a beautiful and comfortable place to stay. The cottage is very well maintained and decorated beautifully, more than you could ever ask for. We saw and felt that the second we drove onto the property. It is quiet and peaceful and so serene. Although we did venture into Nashville and surrounding towns, we always wanted to get back because it was so nice there. The fish pond is amazing... we enjoyed feeding the fish and just sitting there and talking. The fish even come up to you when they see you coming! Nate and Rhonda are extremely gracious hosts, always saying hi when they saw us. We could not have asked for a better place to meet. If you are looking for somewhere to go and relax, enjoy nature and be with a loved one or a friend, I would HIGHLY recommend Magnolia Cottage!You won't be disappointed. Needless to say, Karyn and I already booked our next trip there for next June. Can't wait to see you guys again, Rhonda and Nate!! Take care!!!
