Description of the Nashville vacation home rental

The Manor is a fun, relaxing, environment that the whole family will enjoy! This property is 5 Bedrooms/3.5 Baths nestled at the edge of the woods on 2 acres. Totally secluded in its own world and yet only 12 miles from Downtown Nashville.

Private Inground Pool, 50'x 25', with Diving Board and Slide. Great for those long, hot Tennessee days and warm summer nights. The Pool is open depending on weather and season, usually May thru October. Open Air sunroom with Hot-Tub to ease your troubles away. Plus a live Koi Pond!

This cabin's spacious open living room has a vaulted ceiling of knotty pine. There is a floor to ceiling wood-burning fireplace to make you warm and toasty while watching the large screen TV/DVD/Stereo. Two large sofas, one love seat, and one overstuffed chair and ottoman: all leather, will seat plenty. Coffee table and two end tables included. Lots of windows to allow plenty of light to shine through.

The fully equipped kitchen has an island cook range for the chef in the family. Full size stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and trash compactor on-site. A large wall of cabinets for plenty of storage.
A small sunroom is off the kitchen with 2 wicker chairs and 1 wicker loveseat and coffee table. This leads you out to the hot-tub sunroom and outside pool area.
The Dining Room is located on the other side of the kitchen and has a large table with 8 chairs.

The Master Bedroom has a Large King Size Bed and 2 dressers. There is also a smaller bedroom off the master with a double bed. A Full (Shower) Bath with Linen closet and Double Vanity is located in this Master Suite.

A Second Full Bath is on the main level with Shower/Bathtub combined.

Upstairs is a Loft style bedroom with a Double Bed to the right and a small Twin to the left tucked away in its own private cove.

Downstairs is the laundry room and Bedroom with Double bed, dresser, TV, and half bath. A door leading outside is on this level, too.

The Guest House is above the garage located just behind the Pool Area. This includes a Private Bedroom with a Queen Bed and full dresser and mirror. A Bunk Bed with Double size mattresses and a Queen size Futon Bed are in the Bonus Room. Included is a mini-kitchen with sink/stove/oven (not fully equipped). The Bonus Room and Private Bedroom share a Full Bathroom. This Guest House is great for teens or children!

Area Description

Downtown Nashville is less than 12 miles away, where you can enjoy all the nightlife that this great city has to offer. Tootsies, Wild Horse Saloon, and Hard Rock Cafe, plus many more! A short 5 mile drive to RIVERGATE Mall area offers you all you need for shopping and local dining. A night at the Grand Ole Opry House is only 12 miles away.

This house was a perfect spot for a family reunion. We had 4 families gather for a wedding and although we weren't able to enjoy the pool, we found the large living room and kitchen to be well suited to our needs. The kitchen would do well to have a few stools at the counter and we would have like to have used the hot tub but it smelled funny. Also a set of written instructions for the remotes would have been helpful. The homey decorating and general welcoming 'home' feel of the place is great and it was nice to be so close to the city yet in the country with the black angus in back. We would definately come back!

I had a fun time. Somewhat clean had a nice spa and I couldn't use the pool because it was to cold. Tv is big and a lot of space. Small bathrooms though. :( lol I wouldn't rent there again. Even though they gave me a discount I still think it was too much for a cold day. Hot day I think would be way better.

If I decide to rent again near Nashville, it will definetly be our same choice. We had a ball. I had 7 of my 8 sisters present. The hot tub was great. The layout of the floor plan was sensational. I should know, because I am a real estate Broker in Atlanta. The Joelton is a very unique and spacious rental. Everyone had their space and the beds slept comfortably. I loved the hot tub.

The Royal Joelton home worked out perfectly for our group. Getting into Nashville was fast & easy. We had as much fun at the house as we did with all our sightseeing. Playing pool, enjoying the koi pond, relaxing on the deck or in the whirlpool - it was all great. The house was spaceous and comfortable. We took advantage of the grill and enjoyed our meals at the very large dining table, which was also ideal for games. I would not hesitate to go back to the Royal Joelton. Lisa Erie PA
