Description of the Nashville vacation home rental
Nashville’s best restaurants and shopping are within a short walk or drive.
Our newly remodeled home is stylish and fully furnished. Kitchen is fully equipped with toaster, microwave, coffee maker, slow cooker, premium quality cookware and all the necessities to eat in. The dining table seats 6, Living room flat screen HD-TV, and computer with printer.
The master suite is spacious and features a 14” king size memory foam pillow-top luxury mattress and high thread count sheets and comforter. The second bedroom is queen size, 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. 2 bathrooms upstairs and a half bath off the kitchen. Laundry room upstairs, fenced in back yard. Fenced back yard.

We came to Nashville to visit our daughter who is attending Vanderbilt Medical School. This house had all the amenities we could possibly need. Very clean and spacious. Much, much better than staying at a hotel. We would definitely come back to this home.

Very nice home. There were for of us women meeting for an annual girls weekend. Quiet residential neighborhood. We found the drive to Second and Broadway to be quick and easy. This home was decorated lovely and met all our needs. Bedrooms were very comfortable with tons of closet space. There is someone living on the property, which we knew, but I didn't realize it was the same building, like a back side apartment. This was not an issue, just thought I would explain for others. I would stay here again if with my family or another small group.

Girl's Weekend in Nashville

We rented this home for our annual girls weekend. The house is very nice and the owners are wonderful to work with. The pictures don't do justice to how nice the home is. We had 8 girls and had enough room. The home is in a great neighborhood and is very close to downtown. I wish the check out was a bit later as we could have stayed out longer the night before. However we understood the home does need to be ready if another renter is coming in. If we return to Nashville we would rent this home again.

The pictures do not do this place justice. It was in walking distance to everything we planned on doing. The place itself was modern and very nice. The only thing I would say remotely negative is that we rented a three bedroom place and only recieved one parking spot; so two vehicles had to pay for parking (not cheap). None the less, I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend this place to anyone.

We were very pleased with everything. The townhouse contained all needed amenities. The location was perfect for our activities. Shopping and dining were near-by and it was a straight shot into downtown Nashville. Access to the Interstate was close-by to visit other Nashville attractions.

The townhouse was a great place to stay while in Nashville. We stayed with friends from Texas while visiting Music City, and always felt like we were coming "home" after a busy day of touring. It was nicely furnished and decorated, clean, and very comfortable. We all were very happy with our choice and would definitely do it again!
